The New Awakening…

Tomorrow is New Year’s Eve,so are all of you excited that a new year is coming and bring new challenges ahead of you or are you disappointed that you got lots of hits and misses for the past year? Bill Vaughan once said: “An optimist stays up until midnight to see the new year in. A pessimist stays up to make sure the old year leaves.”, so which category do you belong to?

For me i can only look ahead of my coming year and what am i gonna achieve thru internet marketing for the coming 2008! I started internet marketing in around March of this year where i went to Success University to attend their internet marketing workshops. Yes, they are mlm company but i didn’t joined them as i only went there as guest to learn on the internet marketing strategies. Since then, i also started my blog at blogger to headstart my internet marketing career in March too. Before this, i never thought i could use blog to earn some income as i hate writing blog as contents have to be constantly updated or written on daily or frequent basis. 

I progressed on since then i attended some seminars like World Internet Summit in around May this year just after National Achiever Congress. It is because of this Summit that i set a dream of being an Internet Marketing public speaker like the renowned speakers on stage.

After that, Johan Mok organised a similiar but smaller scaled World Internet Summit style seminar called Internet Millionaire Incubator 1 and i signed up his personal 4 days workshop and learnt some eye-opening and shocking strategies from our local home grown talent Johan Mok! Later on, i also went to his Internet Millionaire Incubator 2 seminar too.  Johan Mok also brought in Hong Kong Internet Expert Kelvin Hui and i also learnt alot of traffic strategies from him.

Next was Stephen Pierce’s Unleash Your Marketing Genius seminar at Kuala Lumpur. The last internet marketing workshop i attended this year was Derek Gehl’s 2 days workshop where i further my internet marketing knowledge and strategies.

To summarize the whole year, i am very satisfied with my internet marketing adventure so far with some results. I achieved a PageRank 4 site from Google and my traffic for this site is increasing and improving as days goes. 

I am looking forward to the coming year with more internet marketing seminars to attend and learn. I also hope to achieve higher heights and better results for the coming year.
