Have you been to motivation seminars or workshops by motivational gurus and after that you felt very motivated and have full of energy to do anything? Strangely do you find your energy seem to decreased as days go by? In order to maintain motivation and make it permanent and ever present in your life, we must know the rules of motivation. Before we can get in to the rules of motivation, we must have dreams and there are some basic criterias of it:

1) DreamsThe first criterias is that you must have a dream or multiple dreams in life to aim for. A man without dreams is as good as a lost soul, not sure what to do and where to go. His life can only be manipulated by others and not himself. When we are young, we have lots of dreams and we fantasized about who we want to be when we grow up but how come our dreams diminished or even vanished totally from our life? This is the result of what we experienced, knowledge we gain and the environment that we are in. When we are young, our mind is pure and not infected by negatives experiences and influences, thats why we have all the energy to dreams and positive about anything to be done (eg: when baby learnt how to walk, despite countless fall, he will still be undaunted until he finally learnt how to walk). It is where when we grown up, the more setbacks we suffered, the lesser confidence we have. Some even fall at the slightest setback and can never get up again. There is some of which the minor lot who will never give up despite how many setbacks he suffered until he reached and achieved his dreams and goals! Why do i say minor lot of people are more positive? It is because human tend to be more negative thinking as a good example is when something happened, most of the time we will think of the bad consequences rather than the postives of it.
