Is it really that important in our life, work, careers, businesses, relationship etc? In Psychology terms, Motivation is the willingness, desire to do something with own initiation. How does we generate motivation? The answer is Passion generate Motivation + Action will give you the results you need. You may argue that in life passion is always sacrificed over bread and butter. Sadly this is the case for most but not for me as i believed that only by doing the things i like will give me the results that i will never dreamt of and the results will be lasting.
For me, i can said i have worked in quite a few companies, big, medium, small you can name it from private sectors to ministries related etc. As such i have met alot of people with different perspectives of life and philosophy. Sadly to say most of them are motivated only at the end of working week, salary day or when their bosses are away, most of the time they are un-motivated or not motivated to do anything about their job or work at all. This is a clear indication they have no passion for their job at all as such no motivation is generated. They work for the sake of money ,not because they like the job very much. Not only work wise, event if school, the students are not much different from the working adults. There was a time i asked some students what course you want to study for poly or university if you get in and they just answered don’t know, see which course got alot of people study then they study, which course my parents want me to be in etc. This is just another case of study for the sake of getting a paper not because they like the subjects and field that they want to be in the future. Most of the time we are following others footsteps instead of generating our own dreams and route.
Thats the reason i setup my company Success Route so as to guide them to the correct route and path for individuals to step into the society. Writing this blog is another reason to remind myself what i said to everybody out there must be met with my own actions too and also also to share my views, perspectives and knowledge to everyone here.
